Identify This Rifle
I'm a little bit confused by these. I'm reasonably sure that they're members of the M1903 Springfield family. Obviously the bolts have been removed-I guess it can be quite inconvienient to have the bolt pop open when you're flipping the rifle around. It looks like the first guy's magazine cutoff has been removed as well.
What I don't see is any sort of rear sight at all. Since there's no metal thing forward of the action, I'm guessing that means it's an o3A3, with the rear aperature sight removed, probably again for the convienience of flipping the rifle around, to keep things snag free. What say you?

Proud Papa
A proud moment for any gun nut-indeed, a proud moment for anyone who decries the ongoing pussification and de-aggresivizing of America's children, especially boy children.
Junior made his first pretend gun yesterday. With a stick.
Holding the short branch, pointing the long part at something imagined, and making "pew pew" noises.
Question: do the Four Rules apply to imaginary stick guns?
